Shipping policy

Delivery time:

• Spain: 1 to 4 business days
• European Community: 3 to 6 business days
• Outside the European Community: 4 to 10 business days

 

Shipping policy:

- All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00h will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Orders outside these hours will be prepared the next business day.

- Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays and orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed.

- Once the order is placed, TAN LINE will send an email with the order confirmation.

- TAN LINE  is not responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties of the country of destination, which in any case will be paid by the customer.

- TAN LINE cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

- In case of exchange or return of any product that has been subject to taxes or customs duties, TAN LINE will not be responsible for the reimbursement or claim of such taxes or tariffs.

- TAN LINE reserves the right to modify the shipping costs or free conditions offered on its website
